7, butterfly valve body manual opening and closing resistance moderate, butterfly valve torque and the selected actuator torque match. 

8, butterfly valve flange with the correct specifications, pipe flange on the folder flange and butterfly valve standard. It is recommended to use butterfly valve special flange, not to use flat welding flange. 

9, confirm the flange welding is correct, the butterfly valve can not be welded after installation flange, so as not to scald rubber parts. 

10, fitted pipe flange to be carried out in the center, and put into the butterfly valve. 

11, fitted with all the flange bolts, and tighten the hand, will confirm the butterfly valve and the flange is already centered, and then open and close the valve carefully, to ensure that the opening and closing flexible. 12, the valve is fully open, with a wrench diagonal bolt tightening, no washer, do not bolt too tight, to prevent serious deformation of the valve ring, opening and closing torque is too large.
